The Space:

The Home:



This charming home has been beautifully renovated to provide modern comforts while maintaining its original character. The fully equipped kitchen features brand new appliances and fixtures, while the vintage Westinghouse oven and original woodwork add a touch of nostalgia. The adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows and leads to a newly renovated laundry/mudroom with easy access to the backyard. The comfortable living room has plenty of natural light, a spacious couch, and blackout curtains. The smart television with Apple TV, a bar cart, and a large window that frames stunning sunsets are perfect for relaxing. The two bedrooms offer privacy and lots of light. The main bedroom features an en suite half-bath and a connected patio space with a sitting area overlooking the garden. The third room is set up as a quiet and comfortable office space, with a desk and couch. Just outside the office is a cozy sitting room with views of the backyard and sunrise.



The Backyard:



The backyard is a private oasis where you can relax and unwind. Sip your morning coffee on the private patio while listening to the peaceful sounds of birds visiting the blossoms. The custom-built outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and the hot tub offers a stunning view of the stars at night. Our prime location offers easy and quick access to the beach, allowing you to fully enjoy the coastal lifestyle. Situated in a quiet neighborhood near the renowned Pismo Beach Pier, downtown Pismo Beach, and a wide array of restaurants and bars, Harloe House serves as the perfect base for exploring the Central Coast. If you're looking to venture further, our location allows for convenient day trips to Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, and even Big Sur. For wine enthusiasts, two award-winning wine destinations, Edna Valley and Paso Robles, are just a short drive away, offering a chance to savor the flavors of the region.

During peak season, parking can be limited, so it's best to plan ahead and arrive early. Additionally, there are several bike rental shops in the area, which is a great way to explore the town and nearby trails.



Other Things to Note:

*All bookings are required to agree to our rental agreement terms prior to check-in. A copy will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Also, payment processing fess are non-refundable.



DOG POLICY: This property is dog friendly. There is an additional pet stay fee of $100 for booking with a dog. (Low shedding dogs under 50 pounds are allowed, dogs over 50 lbs with low shedding will be considered on a case by case basis.) If you are considering bringing your furry family member, please let the host know when you book. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.
