Central to premier hiking & biking trails in the Land of the Waterfalls, this fully-stocked home is the perfect place to relax between adventures!
The home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood on normal roads, and thankfully no steep or treacherous mountain roads are required to access the property!
The home boasts comfy furniture, smart TV, Large deck/washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/full kitchen in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Extra blankets are stored in the coffee table and board games in the Entertainment center cabinet.
Amenities are provided to jumpstart your stay, but should you forget something important at home or need any additional supplies, there are nearby grocery and other retailers a short distance away.

The guest book inside has suggestions for places to eat, fun things to do, day trips to take, and trails to ride/hike!

The back yard is sloped and the side yard is gradually sloping. There is a fire pit by the car port, but be sure the fire is extinguished fully.
If you plan to partake in whitewater rafting or river adventures, it is recommended you bring your favorite beach towel, sunscreen, and swimsuit along.
For those staying during peak holiday times, firecrackers, sparklers, etc are strictly prohibited.

There are security cameras at all entrances to the home and a strong neighborhood watch program throughout our area for your safety. Tampering with any security or electronic device constitutes a breach of the agreement and will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Having more guests than disclosed or pet(s) on the property will immediately void your reservation.
