"Everything was perfect at this suite. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious and had all you could need. The host family was helpful and we enjoyed meeting them. Our stay was wonderful."

"How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....

"These accommodations were outstanding. This location was perfect for visiting Brevard. We took a short walk on the trail (just at the bottom of the hill) to get to and from the downtown area.
I have NEVER slept as good as I did in the quiet and comfortable setting. The bed covers, sheets and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom towels were the softest I have ever experienced.
The kitchen gave us an easy way to save and reheat leftovers. We had our coffee (provided) and breakfast...

"Had a nice stay. Great huge backyard for a dog, and overall a clean (especially kitchen & bathroom) and inviting space, on a quiet cul de sac. Convenient to town. Because it's pet friendly, a fair amount of dog hair, kibble, and other such stuff had accumulated under the couch and hard-to-vacuum areas of the carpet in living room and bedroom. As other reviewers have noted, it needs a good carpet shampooing. One unexpected surprise is the expectation to remake beds with clean linens before...
