2. Primary guest booking the home must be 30 or older.
3. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per night with a 2-pet maximum. There are no breed restrictions, but a pet agreement must be signed and submitted prior to arrival. Fees will be collected through Request Money feature on the reservation and processed through ABB Resolution Center.
4. 30 day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire).
This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.

To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
