The Timmel House is designed for comfort with an open floor plan and oak hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs including cooking basic needs and spices. Stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, kitchen island and wet bar. The dining room is perfect for inviting guests to share a meal or for a romantic dinner for two.

The living room is welcoming with comfort in mind. Lounge with your iPad in hand or catch a nap. Watch your current shows, your favorite team play and enjoy unlimited Netflix movies during your visit on the HD LCD television with BluRay DVD. AppleTV and WiFi is available with a secure access code given upon arrival.

The Murray Bedroom features a pillow-top king-sized bed, an HD LCD TV, 2 dressers for storage and closet space for your luggage. En suite bathroom with his/hers vanity & a walk-in custom shower.

The Franklin Bedroom features two (2) pillow-top queen-sized beds and can accommodate 2-4 people. The dresser and closet space provides plenty of room for your luggage.

The Smith Bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed. This room includes one of the largest closets in the house so you can put away all your luggage.

The Timmel House also has a covered screened-in porch with chairs to sit and enjoy a southern evening. Plus, the open patio has a Weber gas grill and grilling tools ready to use at all times. The quaint manicured lawn lends itself to a game of bocce ball or lounging in one of our outdoor chairs.

The Timmel House welcomes babies and well-behaved children and is very kid-friendly. A children's high chair, pack 'n play and baby tub are available upon request to meet the needs of your family. An attached laundry room features an extra large LG front load washer & dryer, an ironing and folding area and separate utility sink. Plus, there is ample storage for golf clubs, bikes or other items that need to be locked away.
