The space

**Welcome to Bourbon & Bubbles!**

Located in the heart of downtown Southern Pines! Our stunning 2,000 sq ft, two-story home featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With a split floor plan and an oversized master suite, Bourbon & Bubbles is ideal for couples, families, or groups of up to 8.

We’ve partnered with Birdie & Pine to offer a premium concierge service to help you arrange local private chefs, mobile bartenders, and event coordination. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to take advantage of these services!

Master Suite - 1 King (Sleep 2)
Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - Queen (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 - 2 Fulls (Sleeps 4)

Living Spaces: The stylish living room features a chic sitting area with a gorgeous plush sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing with your favorite movie or playing games with family and friends.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen comes with all the essentials, including a coffee bar, toaster, blender, crockpot, microwave, and oven.

Amenities: Our laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer, along with complimentary Tide pods and dryer sheets. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Speakeasy: Unwind in our detached garage, transformed into a speakeasy-inspired lounge with seating, karaoke, and a bar for your enjoyment.

Events: We welcome events at our home for a nominal fee and/or security deposit, depending on the type of gathering.
