"We are 7 friends from high school who get together once a year. This is the first time we had been to Pinehurst, NC. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had one tiny issue when we arrived. We could not locate any pot holders, and we cook quite a bit so we knew we would need them. I contacted the owner and pot holders were delivered to us within an hour. That is excellent service! The owner stayed in good communication with us, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. ...
