Hip and newly remodeled with all the cool and modern amenities! Come experience the efficiency.Not only are you one mile from LeConte Center, Cal Ripken Baseball Parks, The Island but also the heart of Pigeon Forge! In the woods but close to the action!

You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42ā€ flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10ā€ memory foam queen mattress platform bed.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be a available upon confirmation of reservation). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional towels, toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays. Please do not take the soap bottles as you will be charged to replace them. Bottles are sanitized between guestsā€™ stays.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. Youā€™ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is just a minute away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action.
Should you bring your pet please do not leave them unattended.
We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of ā€œIf you see something, say something!ā€

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

Went for our 10 year wedding anniversary..

It was Amazing, Lisa was very helpful and great with communication. The room was perfect for our kid free getaway close to everything we did. And only a beautiful drive to Gatlinburg took us roughly 30-40 mins of that. We really enjoyed the room and the ability to cook some of our meals to save us money. We would definitely come back and recommend it..

Great small place for a short getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here for a short trip to the mountains. Everything was clean, cute and exactly as described. Our only ā€œissueā€ was there was no cell phone service but we did have wifi so we could at least text if necessary. Just wanted to let others know that is a possibility with their phones . Maybe it was just ours lol. But we would definitely book here again on our next trip!

We were concerned with the overkill of surveillance cameras. Not reallly an issue as we made friends with the staff and long term tenants. Only smelled the landfill twice. Not overbearing.

We LOVED our rental!! So cozy, and peaceful! The room was very clean, and super cute. We will definitely be back!! Itā€™s a hidden gem for sure. The only thing I wasnā€™t a huge fan of is the landfill is pretty close to the property, for the most part you canā€™t smell it. One evening it was windy and the smell was more noticeable but not terribly.

Perfect Pigeon Forge Vacation Location!

In all honesty, we chose. this location due to affordability. However, it well exceeded our expectations. It is in the perfect location- less than a 10 minute drive to anything in Pigeon Forge. Additionally, the host was so kind, helpful, and responsive. Having onsite laundry was also a great amenity. We will definitely be returning!

Loved it here!

My partner and I were looking for a quiet place to stay and we found just that staying here. Upon entering, the apartment was clean and instructions were clear about what was expected. The apartment was close to all tourist attractions and food which made it super easy to leave and get back quick, if needed. My partner and I felt safe in this location. Our host was also very kind and helpful. To add on, this was my first experience using Vrbo and booking this place did not disappoint. Iā€™d definitely stay again.

Christmas Vacation

Studio was perfect for me and my boyfriend. Room was clean and comfortable. Property is very convenient to Pigeon Forge. There is a landfill nearby but didnā€™t notice any smells. I definitely recommend and will use this property again.

Anniversary Getaway

We were very happy with our stay at ā€˜14 on the Ridgeā€™! We spent the entire day at Dollywood, so we were late coming in our first night but getting into our room was a breeze. The location was quiet, away from the hustle of the strip but close enough to be convenient to everything! The room was clean and perfect size for me and my hubby. Will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Convenient

Only minutes from town, this property feels like you are deep in the heart of the woods. The space is just big enough for one or two people. The bed was comfortable and the crackling fire feature on the wall opposite the bed adds a cozy feel to the room. It was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to all the attractions but yet in a country setting. Very quite in this area. The studio was very clean and offered what you need. The only problem I had was the the step up into the bathroom. No big problem if you donā€™t have physical problems, might be a big problem if you have hip or back problems. Suggest the photos be revised to show the step. Loved the self check in and out.
