"Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant."

"This was our 2nd time staying here! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! We really enjoyed the spool (spa pool)! We used it almost every evening, the only downfall was my swim bottoms got discolored/bleached from being in the water. So maybe the chemical level is too high. Our room was on the top floor, so the only noise we heard was from the road and occasionally from the guests in the room next to us! I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor, and ideally facing the gold...

"Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...
