This home is a gem in the heart of North Scottsdale. We take GREAT PRIDE in our properties and this again, is one we took exceptional care in to making it the perfect destination home you will never want to leave! (If this one is booked or above your price point, please be sure to consider messaging us for our other homes, of the same caliber)!
Our home is moments away from Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and Desert Ridge and only about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Our home has been remodeled top to bottom and filled with the finest furnishings. The master bedroom has one of the most serene soaking tubs that will no doubt help you relax and start your vacation off right. The home fits comfortably with 6 beds. There are 3 bedrooms as well: a room with 2 twin beds (which can be converted to king upon request), a room with a queen, master has king bed and den is set with a day bed that pulls out with 2 twins total with heated pool. We have a pack n play as well. With the pool table and incredible back yard, this home is an entertainers dream and the perfect destination to enjoy a family or friend gathering! Absolutely Perfect Stay!

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear layout and easy-to-follow instructions provided by the host. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it feel just like home. Communication with the host was quick, easy, and super helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Fabulous

This is the best property we have stayed at yet, and we visit Scottsdale often. The property manager is just wonderful, the house is very clean, and everything is even better than the pictures. Great location. You feel safe and close driven to everything.

Exactly as advertised.

It's great when property owners stock the things that guests will actually need. Paul has clearly given this some thought, and it is much appreciated. Communication was a piece of cake, and Paul was very accommodating.

Comfortable, good location in Scottsdale.

We stayed at this home for spring break get away. Our plans were to play golf, take in a spring training game, and a NBA game. The house was comfortable and the location was great for our plans. In between our planned activities and when we were at the house, we were able to have a family putting competition, utilize the pool and hot tub, plus shoot a bit of billiards. While we didn't really need to contact the owner about anything, he checked in with us to make sure everything was good. He was just a phone/text away!

Perfect Location and Resort Amenities

Great house with terrific amenities. House was very clean and perfectly set up for guests. All the necessary kitchen and bath supplies, including towels, were provided. Host was extremely responsive and made our stay very enjoyable.

Great home for a get-away staycation!

Loved staying at this property, very convenient to everything. Enjoyed a night with family playing games, family dinner, and relaxing. Lots of restaurants nearby if cooking isn’t your thing, house was well appointed with all the essentials plus some. Thank you to the host!

Nice property. Great location.

This property is laid out very well for a family with plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and putting green in the backyard are wonderful. We stayed in December and still enjoyed using all the outdoor amenities. The location is great - convenient and easy to get to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great house!

House is as advertised, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. My family loved every minute of our stay. Owner was excellent, check in was easy and made sure we had everything we needed. We have stayed in many properties and this was one of the most cozy and comfortable homes we have stayed in. Back yard, pool and spa are also very nice. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful

Paul communicated with us from day one. I booked last minute and he went out of his way to have his home ready for us when we arrived. The house was fully stocked with laundry detergent, paper products, kitchen items, shampoo, etc… I have never stayed in a home that had as much as this home did! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. I barely left the house as I didn’t want to leave that area. It was so relaxing. He even provides an outdoor speaker to use! The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed ourselves. I definitely will be back. Thank you Paul!

Fantastic Getaway

Highly recommend

This property is a gem both in terms of accommodations as well as location. Just miles from Kierland and all the great shops and restaurants. Paul was a marvelous host. Helpful but not intrusive. He added two extra lounge chairs for our group of four which were key to us all being able to enjoy the sun together each day. He also lent us a pump to inflate a couple of pool toys so that we didn't have to purchase one. The home was very well appointed, and Paul provided many necessities such as paper goods, shampoo/conditioner, soap and laundry and cleaning supplies that are often overlooked by other hosts and have to be purchased by the guests. We have been using VRBO for twenty years, and this house was definitely ranked in our top stays. Thank you for a wonderful time!
