Hi there! We’re so excited to share our newest home with you. This space is NOW ready to welcome guests!
What You’ll Love:
• A completely renovated home with brand-new everything—from the flooring and fixtures to the appliances and furnishings. • An open-concept living area with a sleek, modern kitchen—perfect for relaxing or gathering. • A peaceful master bedroom and spa-like master bath designed for ultimate comfort. • A cozy backyard patio, great for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying quiet evenings under the stars. • Quick 10 Minute drive to the airport! • Guest House: The main home is entirely private, with no shared spaces. A separate guest house is located at the back of the property, enclosed by a block fence for complete separation. It has its own private entrance and is not visible from the main home. If not rented alongside the main home, the gate to the guest house will remain locked. Please reach out if you’re interested in also renting the guest home!

If you ever need emergency assistance, we’ll provide an emergency contact number along with your check-in instructions. Just minutes from Biltmore Fashion Park, a top-tier shopping and dining destination, you’ll find plenty of local favorites like Elly’s Brunch & Café for a casual meal or LGO for Italian delights. The neighborhood’s proximity to Papago Park makes it perfect for those looking to explore nature with scenic hikes and beautiful desert views. Whether you’re enjoying the vibrant city life or seeking relaxation in nearby parks, this location has something for everyone.
Our home is conveniently located with multiple transportation options for easy access to Phoenix and beyond. If you prefer a more unique experience, the Waymo self-driving car service operates in the area, offering a convenient and innovative way to get around. For traditional rides, Uber and Lyft are readily available, providing quick trips to nearby attractions. If you’re driving, there’s easy access to major highways and ample street parking. Additionally, Valley Metro bus and light rail services are nearby, making it simple to explore Phoenix without a car. You’ll have everything you need at your fingertips.
*Pet Amenities*
We want your pets to feel as comfortable as you do during your stay! To make their visit easier, we provide pet bowls, a cozy pet bed, a basket with toys, fully enclosed backyard, and potty bags. We kindly ask that you also review pet house rules within house manual.
*Guest home (coming soon)*
Enjoy a fully private stay in our beautifully renovated home. There is a separate guesthouse at the back separated with a block fence, it’s securely locked and vacant during your visit ensuring complete privacy. In the future, guests will have the option to add the guesthouse, but for now, the main home is exclusively yours.
*Long-Stay Policy*
Long-Stay Requirements (14+ days) A mandatory mid-stay check will be scheduled regularly at every 2-week mark. This ensures the home is being maintained properly. We will coordinate a time that works best for you via message.
Propane One complimentary propane refill per week is avallable by request through message. Additional refills can be requested and coordinated for an additional fee.
Consumable Supplies All stays are provided starter supplies, this includes a starter amount of dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ground coffee, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, vinegar, cooking oil, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Once starter supplies are finished, we`re happy to help coordinate additional refill drop off for a added fee.
*Propane Tank*
For guest flexibility, propane levels for the grill/fire pit may vary by stay and cannot be guaranteed upon arrival. Guests are welcome to refill the provided tank or bring their own. We’re happy to reimburse one propane refill per short stay with receipt. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Please take a moment to review our house rules in the virtual house manual prior to your stay. A physical house manual is also available upon arrival.
🕙 Late check-out requests must be approved and are subject to availability. (Please reach out the morning of check-out prior to 9:00am to confirm availability.) Fees may apply.
👉 Unapproved late check-out past 10:00 AM: May result in a schedule delay fee ($75), applicable late check-out charges, and any additional costs incurred due to impacts on cleaning schedules, incoming guests, or property operations.
👉 Unauthorized guests, temporary visitors, or pets not included in the reservation: May result in additional fees ($50 per unauthorized guest/visitor).
👉 Smoking: This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted indoors or near open doors/windows. Any smoke odor, evidence of indoor smoking, or odor requiring additional treatment may result in a smoke removal fee ($500). Outdoor smoking is permitted only on gravel/concrete areas. Please properly dispose of all smoking materials.
⭐️ Violations, damages, or additional cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in additional fees or possible cancellation.
