All rooms and bedrooms feature Samsung Frame TVs, with live streamed cable (YouTube TV), along with the ability to login to your favorite streaming applications. Our game room/family room features a ping-pong table, a large comfortable sofa to sink into after a long day, along with plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained! There is also a dedicated work space for those that have to take a break from the fun to get some work done.
POOL HEATING:
**From October 15th to May 15th, both pools will be heated between 82/84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**

Guests will have access to the entirety of the property, including all bedrooms and living areas, as well as the backyard.
Access the house via keypad code that will be given once the house is ready for check in via the app.
Drinking water is purified in the home, so no need to purchase extra water bottles!
Please note there is a Ring Doorbell Camera, and three security cameras that view the side gate, and the driveway that have been installed for your protection and security.
Noise monitors will notify us if noise level goes over reasonable levels. This monitor does not record audio.
