"Great place, they are in the middle of some construction but it was not a problem. Friendly staff and the starbucks mini pop up thing in the lobby was cool. The waterpark was sweet and not as busy as i thought it would be. Would stay again without a thought!"

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "

"Everything was well kept! No issues checking in or out! Pool was amazing. Only thing was a little critter (centipede) decided to join us in our room. Other than that amazing experience! "

"Loved the property - it was beautiful, clean, spacious. Rooms were not as nice as I would’ve liked but the cleanliness made up for it. Downside is the adult only pool options. I was told the adult only pool seating had to be reserved and when I looked it up it was an additional cost. "

"We chose this hotel to spend Christmas and it was a very nice experience. The hotel has a very good infrastructure, quality service, impeccable cleaning. We received courtesy drinks our stay. I was impressed by the social inclusion program, with employees with disabilities working on the team. The breakfast was included and was very well served. The only limitation is the restaurant, very small for the hotel."
