"Front desk staff/maintenance staff were great. However, a particular female employee (perhaps cleaning staff) was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ABRASIVE to my wife. We had a problem with the door handle to front door of our room. Front desk staff told us how to get it to open. Next day still had the problem. "We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating .
