All homes are extensively cleaned and sanitized between stays due to the current situation.
*Effective 1/9/2022 $1000 incidental/noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violations.

- Prior to your arrival, the home will be put through a 100 point inspection checklist to ensure everything is in immaculate condition. The home is meticulously maintained and furnished throughout with high-quality furnishings. Every detail of the home and outdoor area has been planned with your comfort in mind.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'
- We do not charge for hot tub
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. During your stay in this beautiful desert oasis, you may encounter some of Arizona's unique wildlife, including scorpions, snakes and desert insects. These creatures are a natural part of the desert environment, and while they typically keep to themselves, it's always a good idea to stay aware of your surroundings. Please note, while the property is regularly treated for pests, we cannot be held responsible for any encounters with desert wildlife, including scorpions or any other desert indoor or outdoor bugs, that may occur during your stay. We recommend taking precautions, such as keeping doors and windows closed when not in use and using caution when stepping outside, especially at dusk and dawn.
