The chef’s kitchen blends rustic charm with modern capability—complete with dual ovens, a large prep island with seating, granite counters, premium appliances, and a walk-in pantry stocked for culinary convenience. The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the shadows of the Rio Verde Foothills about 35-40 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale and 20 or so minutes from Scottsdale at the 101 near Frank LLoyd Wright, Westworld & the TPC.



Troon North to the West and Trilogy to the East for golf lovers, and Granite Mountain Trailhead to the North and Tom's Thumb to the South for hiking lovers.



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
