Upscale luxury home located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale .. Newer remodeled, open floor plan SLEEPS 14 PPL -- 4 bedrooms (2 kings), 3 bathroom - great for entertaining! Spacious 500 sq ft Master Suite w 83" TV. All bedrooms have Smart TV with major streaming platforms. Sonos Surround Sound System throughout home, 70" Living room TV.

LOCATION: Walking distance to Old Town with a plethora of restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, lounges and entertainment -- Scottsdale Fashion Square mall (AZ's premier shopping), Spring Training stadium, Coronado Golf Course, an 18-Hole course, Chaparral Park with biking trails, lake, volleyball courts, softball field, basketball court and picnic areas.
10-15 minutes to Everything.else!.. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Chase field ball park, Talking Stick Casino, Top Golf, Westworld, Aquarium, Footprint Center, WM Phoenix Open. Very Uber and Lyft friendly.

Strange car in driveway on arrival, packed and smelly dumpster against the entry side of house, 3 of 4 smoke alarms disconnected, washcloths presented on sink area in main bedroom REEKED of body odor (they were fine once we laundered them). On the positive side it is very convenient and in a nice neighborhood.

The place was beautiful and perfectly accommodating our family. My daughters did the every women’s marathon and the location was absolutely perfect. It is also close to the airport. Such a great trip. Owner was fabulous and responded quickly and so accommodating. We were able to see the start, finish, and multiple points along the way

Host was super helpful and very responsive when we had questions or needed something. It rained our whole stay so we didn’t use the pingpong table or hot tub out back, but we did watch movies and played music on the large TV in master bedroom and living room. The place looked just like the photos and check in and out was very easy.

Stayed for a girlfriend weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Everyone was able to spread out. The living room furniture was comfortable and we were all able to hang out and chat. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook. Overall, great for a bigger group!!

I had a great stay. The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. It’s clear they care about creating a great experience for their guests. This house easily accommodated all 10 us. The pool table, ping pong table, hot tub, gas grill and patio area were great! The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms! It looked like previous renters messed up the bedroom carpets pretty bad. I gave it 4 stars for cleaniness only because they pretty stained. Also whoever cleaned the property left the laundry full of wet and dry clean clothes. Everything else was great! We would stay again!

The best hosts EVER

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO for my birthday! The property exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, and the speaker system was amazing, perfect for setting the vibe. Although the hot tub was down, the host went above and beyond by giving us a thorough tour of the property and even bringing us a bottle of wine as a thoughtful gesture. It made the experience so special, and the level of hospitality was truly appreciated. The attention to detail and care made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Excellent communication with host. Beautiful home. Kitchen well stocked. Pool table, ping pong and jacuzzi all clean and great condition. Carpet in bedrooms was the only item that felt overused. Extra large tv's in every room with easy to use programming.

Great golf HQ

We used this place as a headquarters for our 4 day golf trip. It is a great location for all of the Scottsdale area courses, and quite close to old town Scottsdale for dinner. Very nice house and Gianni was very communicative. We would stay here again.

Super comfortable and lots of amenities!

The home was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and it was the perfect place for our group! The backyard was super comfortable and fun with a fire pit and a ping pong table. Thanks for a great stay!

Golf habitat

4 brothers stayed 6 days and played great nearby golf courses. House was in a convenient location and was exactly as advertised. Only complaint was no gas for the grill and the grill was not cleaned. We normally grill steaks one night but went to Ruth’s Criss nearby for a great steak dinner.

Great place in a great location

Place is exactly as pictured. Quiet, clean neighborhood close to everything. Lots of linens and the beds were comfortable, even the fold outs :) We didn't use the outdoor space but it's nice. Plenty of space for 5 adults to hang out indoors or out. Only slight negatives - there wasn't any dishwasher detergent so we had to run out and buy some last minute (we only stayed one night and run a load until check-out). Otherwise there was plenty of cleaning supplies. Also the floor was also pretty dirty - it looked clean, but after walking on it for a short bit our feet were very dirty so we just kept shoes on after that - and there was something spilled in the fridge. Otherwise it was very clean though so probably just oversights. The kitchen is basically stocked. If you are going to do a lot of cooking, you might confirm it has what you need. (We found a blender bottom, but no top.) Heads up, there are two AC units so be sure to change both thermostats :) Overall, would definitely recommend!

Disappointed

Great Location within driving distance to enjoy all the activities the city had to offer. However, we were disappointed with our stay. One cue stick was broken. That was the main reason I booked it for my family. The refrigerator's water and Ice dispensers did not work, as well as the dishwasher and toaster. The shared bathroom toilet had a leak. I felt all the convinces that we should have had, and the price we paid did not meet up to what was being advertised. However, the owner was quick to respond and apologize, but could not resolve the problems prior to our departure date. We felt as though we were deprived of an experience that was advertised and was not offered any type of written compensation. The owner was very nice and did bring us Gelato ice cream for the inconvenience. We made the best of it considering and would consider returning if these matters are resolved in the future. The owner really was on top of everything from check in to check out and was appreciated by all of us.

Great Scottsdale House

The property was just as advertised. Was a great spot to stay for a five guy golf trip. Loved the poop table, large screen TVs, and outdoor patio with fireplace. Sonos speakers was also a great bonus. Easy access to everything around Scottsdale. We will definitely stay here again. Only minor things were outdoor TV was missing remote (living room remote worked for it) and master bedroom AC was on a random timer and AC would turn off in middle of the night (and it was high 90s during our trip).
