This home has all of amenities you would expect at a resort, and for those in town for Spring Training, we're only 3miles from the Cubs Spring Training facility. This cute updated home is great for family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even an office to use for those traveling for work. In the Winter, enjoy the heated pool & lounge chairs in the backyard as you watch the beautiful sunsets or hang out and play darts at our Margaritaville-style backyard tiki bar. Then come inside to play some poker or dominos w/ the family, Jenga, or one of 1,000+ games on our Pac Man life size arcade machine. As the night winds down, you can stream your favorite shows through our provided YouTube TV on one of the five massive TVs we have for you to enjoy in the home.

If you want to get out and enjoy the many attractions across the Valley, great! We're only about 5-10 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert Entertainment District, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, Spring Training Facilities, Tempe Town Lake, Golfland Sunsplash, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo, and many restaurants and shops.

Please note that the rock feature you will find in the backyard does not pump water and is not for climbing. You can enter the diving pool through the steps at the shallow end or enjoy the diving board at the 10ft deep end. Please note: Our pool maintenance company arrives every Wednesday morning and enters through the side gate. Pool is heated to 85 degrees from Nov 1 - May 1 at an additional charge, upon request.

*Please note* Although we all love our furry 4 legged friends, this property strictly forbids any type of service animals or emotional support animals. The owners kids are severely allergic to any type of animal dander which triggers asthma attacks. Any guests who attempts to bring animals on-site will be removed from our property immediately without refund.
