This place is a Wow. Very comfortable and clean in a nice neighborhood. Very well decorated. Kitchen has everything plus a cabinet filled with spices. Plenty of coffee pods. A case of water and welcome baskets.Definitely will return

Booked this property for Thanksgiving week. It was a beautiful home, very comfortable and relaxing. There were several games, including a foosball table, which saw a lot of action. The owner left an abundance of snacks, which was really a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was extremely clean, very cozy and conveniently located. There were plenty of games and TVā€™s. The host left some nice baskets with snacks and water. There was a lovely coffee bar and a fully stocked kitchen. Each bathroom was also fully stocked with everything you need when traveling. We will stay here every time we visit Phoenix if possible!

The house was beautiful and very clean! We had a great time! Our host left a nice basket with wine and snacks and cold water in the refrigerator. There was a nice bouquet of fresh flowers on the kitchen table. I would highly recommend this house!

If you're a clean freak you'll have no problems with this home. The unit is well stocked with a great variety of snacks, including adult beverages :) For the kids, there are games to keep them busy. For walkers, there is a path that connects grassy areas - very enjoyable (can see it on google maps). With swift access to the freeway, shoppers and foodies will find everything 5 to 10 minutes away. The Westgate entertainment district (outlet mall, restaurants, gambling) is 20 minutes. The master bed - everyone is different of course. I like a firm bed and was comfortable enough. Soaps, shampoos, and prepackaged dental care are all available. We had multiple appointments in the area this stay and it was great to be able to drop in and grab a snack. Relaxing in the theater chairs and watching TV with a glass of supplied wine was a nice plus.

Very nice home. The Host made us feel welcome and at home. Would stay here again when we are in Surprise . Home was clean and the host put out extra items for us. Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Great location near freeway, shopping, restaurants and Spring Training Fields for Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Exterior and interior were both immaculate. Management responded immediately to our question and home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We highly recommend this home.
