The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel gas stove, single oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and cooking basics. A dining table, children’s dinnerware, and outdoor dinnerware are provided to make meals easy at home or outdoors.

Families will find thoughtful additions such as a pack ’n play/travel crib, folding high chair with food tray, children’s dinnerware, and window guards. A washer and dryer are available in-unit, along with an iron, hangers, and hair dryer for convenience.

The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. An exterior security camera is positioned at the front entrance, and noise sensors are installed inside and outside to monitor decibel levels only, preserving neighborhood quiet hours without recording audio or video. Entry is secure and simple with a smart lock and keypad.
