As you enter you will encounter a nice uniquely designed living room with a soft sofa sleeper, eat-in dining area which can also double as a work from home station and fully stocked kitchen.

The living room has a soft sofa which converts into a single sleeper bed great for your extra guest. We also have a 43" flat screen smart TV ready for Hulu and Netflix ready.
The dining area is a good set-up for meal preps and home cooked meals and can also double as a home-work station. The dining area sits next to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all cooking amenities, pots and pans, dishware, flatware, and silverware. Also provided is a microwave, toaster, oven, stove, fridge and freezer and blender.

We also have 2 full bedrooms with full size beds in each. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable serene energy, full size bed and storage space.
Bedroom 2 has a full size bed as well, closet space and a 32" smart TV.

We have a full bathroom, clean and vibrant energy with shower and tub installation, vanity, mirror and toilet. The bathroom also has an in-unit washer and a drying rack.

Heating:
Each apartment has electric baseboard heaters in them. They are typically white or cream-colored metal units across the lower parts of the wall. Most of them have a knob on them for temperature control. Some apartments have one main control by the living room or kitchen call. It is a metal unit that runs across the wall's lower part. There is a knob on each right that turns it higher. After a bit, it gets very warm in there.

The area is called Norris Square which borders Fishtown. Norris Square Park is half a block away. There you can enjoy some park and nature time, swings, basketball and even some picnic space.
The subway is right around the corner which takes you to Center City in 8 minutes 5-6 stops. Only a few minutes away you have Fishtown with many shops and places to eat, this is a great area for friends and family to get together and go out to have some fun.

Nestled in Norris Square, just a stone's throw away from the serene Norris Square Park, this location offers the perfect setting for leisurely strolls, dog walks, or outdoor activities like ball games during the spring, summer, or fall seasons. Additionally, being only half a block from the metro station provides easy access to Center City and all historical landmarks within a swift 10-minute commute.
