"The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. My partner, dog, and I had a really lovely time. Conveniently located and very well heated on the coldest day of the year since Feb). Would absolutely stay here again. The only thing is the train is quite close and you can hear it, but we got used to it very quickly and it did not impact our sleep at all. "

"Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course."

"Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"

"Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable.The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels....
