A dance studio is located on the first floor. Weekend events may run until 12–1am, and you may hear music in the unit.

Upon booking, you will be asked to complete our rental agreement through a secure third-party guest portal.

No smoking, vaping, or marijuana—please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Keep the home clean and tidy—report any damages or missing items to us right away.

Guests must be 25 years or older.
Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia—this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.
