There was a big loud tour bus offloading at the same time, and the young woman at the front desk was so considerate and gracious — without asking, she guided us off to the side and checked us in ahead of the group. "Great comfy rooms with lots of nice touches like water, Arran toiletries and local made shortbread. Bed was so comfy. Pool area was nice. Easy to park and staff very friendly. Great location with lovely walk into Aberfeldy down by the river. So many attractions close by and a great base for exploring. Breakfast tasty and good selection of continental items on top of the cooked breakfast."

"Nice hotel, but the description on the website does not informs that the hotel has a separate facility where the rooms are located, so you have to check in, get out of the building, walk 50 meters, enter another building and go up to the room by stairs without any help from the staff. The room was very small, with a even smaller window and a even smaller TV (wich I would call a pc monitor).
