"We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis. "

"Our party was two married couples all about 60 years old staying one night. We found the space clean, well stocked with a small grocery store close by. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging. However, we did not and would stay there again."

"One of the best places we’ve stayed in . Breakfast was superb with a good choice of fruit and cereal followed by a first class Scottish breakfast. Our room was beautifully decorated with everything one might want. Parking was excellent and we were allowed to leave the car well after check out. Mine host Gordon couldn’t have been more helpful."

"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!).
