"My wife and I just spent our 45th anniversary weekend at the Balcomo Penticton.
Our stay was amazing! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!
We were treated to an upgraded suite complete with complimentary wine and chocolates. The suite was beautiful, quiet and cozy.
The staff were always ready to greet us with a smile and help with any inquiries.
The amenities were clean and welcoming . . . from the pool to the Local Eatery.

"Stayed in the west building this time. Room and bed were comfortable, and very quiet. View of the lake was good. There’s a number of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Everything else is only a short drive. "

"We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms. Rooms were dirty with cobwebs and spiderwebs all along the ceiling and window sill. Some beds comfortable some were not. Location is awesome. Staff were great. Easy check in and check out. "
"Great service from the manager and they explained everything we needed to know about the room. Very clean (with a few dusty corners) but well cleaned. The doors might need WD40 but that’s it. The AC was in the room and it was fantastic to have on the hot days. The pool was very well maintained and the perfect temperature. VERY walkable to the lake and to a few restaurants. Would stay again! "
