Welcome to Sunshine Beach House, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage that sleeps up to 8 and offers the best of both sides of Pensacola Beach. Located just steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound on the north side and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico on the south side, you can paddle, swim, or watch the sunset—all within minutes of your front door.

This cozy, single-family home (990 sq ft) is thoughtfully equipped for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, and the open living areas make it easy to spend time together after a day at the beach.

Step outside and enjoy your private heated pool (up to 6 hours of heat per day included at no extra charge), a regulation-size sand volleyball court, and a charcoal grill for casual outdoor meals. The expansive back deck runs the entire length of the house and is perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just unwinding after a beach day. We also provide beach chairs and towels, so packing is easy. We have a Keurig coffeemaker that takes K-cups and ground coffee.

For work or play, the house features super-fast 1-gig internet and Roku streaming TVs in every bedroom and the living room—ideal for remote work, streaming, or keeping everyone entertained.
