"The property set the bar for a relaxing, yet engaging, vacation. The room was spacious, as we were accommodating five people.The food choices were diverse and the pool areas were laid out beautifully. The live music by the pool was such a a nice touch, and there was any activity one could want by the water. A swift walk to the beach for another adventure directly across from the hotel set the tone for a day of fun I. The sun. We will be back. "

"We had a lovely stay! The house was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We liked the layout with a kitchen and living room on each floor. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was fantastic. Communication was great. 10/10 stay all around! "

"Although this is an older property, it had every comfort and convenience. For us the old Florida feel made it more homey and enjoyable. Perfect for large groups and multigenerational family gatherings. The game room and outdoor seating brought all ages together! And lots of privacy for elders and teens. Dave and Tim were very responsive and helpful. Location ideal to walk to beach, launch kayaks or drive or ride the bicycles to dining and shopping. We had a wonderful stay. "

"EXCEEDED expectations! Not only was the property exactly as described but the owner provided so many extras…beach chairs, beach wagons, beach towels, floats, corn hole, binoculars, bicycles, fully-equipped kitchen, and even two full size refrigerators in the kitchen. Beach access was a 3-minute walk. And we thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a long day at the beach. I also loved that you had a great view of the ocean AND the Santa Rosa sound from the balconies. We are already planning another...

It’s an easy walk to the beach and not far from all the fun Pensacola Beach has to offer. The front porch was a great place to watch the sunset. "Perfect location for us. Toddlers wanted to see the ocean for the first time so it brought us to this property. Couldn't have been happier with our stay!!! We plan on coming again!!!"

"The house was absolutely perfect. 5 minute walk to the beach, amazing pool and backyard and very clean. Everything was provided including towels, beach towels, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. I really overpacked because it has everything I could need! The owner is very responsive and you can tellhe takes pride in his rental. We are looking to come back soon and possibly get some family or friends to rent the property next door at the same time from the same owner! Hopefully see you soon! "

"Muito caro para o que oferece. Ambiente barulhento. Não houve limpeza do quarto ou troca de toalhas em toda a estadia. Na saída, esperei cerca de 10 minutos para o checkout e não apareceu funcionário na recepção. Tive de deixar as chaves na mesa da recepção e ir embora sem atendimento."

"Melhor café da manhã de hotel que já tomei nos Estados Unidos. Reposição constante. Propriedade não muito grande o que não gera tb filas. Tudo muito novo e limpo. Atendimento muito prestativo e gentil. A piscina é pequena, não é o local para aproveitar essa área. "
