"Beds and bathrooms for all! Easy walk to the beach or bay. Beach was never crowded! Fully furnished house with a game room that was perfect for kids! Dave was a fantastic and knew the area and what was happening!"

"We stayed at this property for our family vacation (myself, husband and 2 teen daughters) and were very happy with everything about it. The property itself was clean, spacious and a very short walk to the beach. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms worked really well for the four of us. It was well stocked with basic supplies and was a quick and easy drive to multiple restaurants, shopping areas and recreation areas. The pool was small, but a nice option. The neighbors were friendly...

"The property is very nice and clean. Lots of space, kitchen is full of amenities. The only comment I have, there is a step outside that if you don't know about it or you forgot, you can break your leg. My suggestion will be to make a ramp. Also, we know it's Florida, but we saw a few cockroaches, may be sending exterminator will be a good idea.Thank you for the nice place, we really enjoyed staying at your place."

"Great place and property manager is very nice and accessible. Super clean and nice size kitchen. Only small gripe is that address is unlisted and map marker makes it look like it is in different spot. But the location ended up being great and has access to gulf side beach. Didn’t use the pool but looked very nice. Also had a garage for second car which was a nice plus. Would stay again. "

"We had a wonderful time. The short walk to the beach was great. Everything was wonderful. It would be nice if beach towels were provided for the guests. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper provided.The guest book needs to be updated. It seems to be for a different property. All in all, a great stay!The neighbors are interesting. "
