  • O Summerlin é uma propriedade maravilhosa - não é um arranha-céus e apenas 30 condomínios no prédio! A piscina é de ótimo tamanho, localizada no lado da praia e aquecida nos meses de inverno. A propriedade possui estacionamento em garagem e churrasqueiras. Este condomínio está muito bem decorado e muito bem abastecido! O quarto principal tem uma cama king size e é frente à praia com uma entrada para a varanda da praia. Uma TV LED de 40 "e DVD no quarto principal para entretenimento e um rádio / CD player Bose. A sala de estar em frente à praia possui um sofá novo, muitos assentos confortáveis e uma TV de tela plana de 47" e DVD Blu-Ray jogador. O quarto de hóspedes possui uma cama queen size e uma TV de tela plana LED de 36 ", além de DVD player Samsung Blu-Ray. Todos os quartos têm uma decoração incrível, incluindo os banheiros com piso de madeira nova em todos os quartos. A cozinha é muito espaçosa, com balcões de granito, incluindo a ilha, todos os principais aparelhos e tudo que você precisa para preparar uma refeição deliciosa para seus entes queridos. Break from the Chaos

This was a perfect get-away. Very clean and convenient, with breathtaking views of the gorgeous white sands and blue waters. We hope to be back.

Very much as advertised. The condo was great, the location was solid, and the view and closeness to the beach simply cannot be better. Highly recommend staying here!

Loving vacation life on the beach

This unit is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. The shower pressure was awesome in both bathrooms. I hope to be able to go back next year.

Weather was cloudy, beaches and restaurants were great.

Nice location, well appointed condo. Could have used a few basics like salt & pepper, paper napkins and plates, dish soap. But all in all a great facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. My husband was very happy with our condo. I’m a stickler. I found the lighting in the primary to be a bit dark. I also felt the bed was super hard. Overall, we felt the condo was comfortable. Great balcony and beach service was awesome. We would definitely book again.
