"Although the property was on the beach, the view was blocked by the sand dunes. There was an easy walkway to get to the water. The property listing says check in at 3pm, but you are not able to access the property until after 4pm due to a timed lock on the front door. That was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. The bedrooms were small, but overall the condo was clean, in a good location, and an easy walk to the water. Overall, it was about what I expected. "

"Lovely condo! Very clean and comfy, looks like the owners put a lot of pride and TLC into their property. Loved watching the dolphins and drinking my coffee on balcony. We enjoyed spending the week after Christmas and celebrating New Year’s Eve at HarborWalk village in Destin. Never can get over the beautiful color, calm water and white sand on the gulf coast. "Kim was a great host! She could not have been more accommodating. I just wanna make that clear. It is an older building with a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and very well maintained and decorated. The hallway going from the front to the back of the condo is also very well kept and very nice. The living area with the kitchen has a great view, but is a little dated. The couch and the chair need to be replaced, they both smell terribly of pet odor which I can appreciate...

"We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic! You can’t beat the view and convenience! However, the housekeeping service could definitely be improved. It was very basic, mostly limited to changing towels and making the bed. Don’t expect a full cleaning during your stay. Also, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not provide beach service. While beach chairs and umbrellas are available, they need to be rented separately, which was a bit disappointing. Great location, but a few service upgrades would make a big difference."
