Agora, este quarto tem muito espaço de armazenamento, ao contrário de unidades semelhantes. Os compartimentos / prateleiras de armazenamento são agora apresentados em uma das extremidades dos beliches e também embaixo do beliche inferior - muito espaço para guardar as coisas das crianças durante a semana! O PI 406 NÃO SOMENTE tem essa nova sala de armazenamento personalizada nos beliches, mas também possui TVs FLAT-SCREEN instaladas em cada beliche para que os pequenos possam se divertir de manhã cedo / tarde à noite, enquanto os adultos desfrutam de momentos de bebida e relaxamento. Estes televisores NÃO são apresentados normalmente em condomínios, este proprietário os instalou nesta unidade como uma comodidade de bônus em alugar belas 406 !! Este é um benefício divertido que você não encontrará em todos os lugares.
    Uma segunda casa de banho completa fica ao lado dos beliches no corredor, onde um chuveiro de tamanho completo e toucador personalizado aguardam todos os hóspedes / beliches. Bring directly on the beach and chair service a big perk. Nice added touch of the beach chairs for use after beach service put away for the day! Clean, general kitchen supplies if not cooking a lot in the condo. Have stayed in this condo in 2016 and has had nice updates since then. Would stay here again.

The beach was empty and no long waits at restaurants. This brought back memories of being there in the fall over 30 yrs ago before the area was discovered. Our condo at Pelican Isle was very clean. Brooks & Shorey is a wonderful rental agency. We’ve booked thru them several times.

And we always enjoy our stay at the Pelican Isle property. Our unit was clean. The kitchen was equipped (we enjoy cooking and not dining out every night). The beach service is excellent. We especially like Pelican Isle because you can choose your when you want to stay. It doesn’t have to be Saturday to Saturday like most resorts. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday.

A Perfect Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented Pelican Isle 406 to celebrate our anniversary. It was pretty, comfortable, and had a perfect view of the ocean! Loved our balcony! We were very pleased overall. We also love the condo’s location on the Okaloosa beach. It’s farther from the pier (almost to the closed military section), and so always seems less crowded than other parts of the beach.!If you’re planning to do a lot of cooking, make sure you bring any special kitchen items you need from home, as the kitchen wasn’t super stocked. It worked just fine for us, though, as we ate most of our meals at our favorite seafood places! Yum!

First time staying at Pelican Isle and we loved it. The room was clean and they provided plenty of towels and wash cloths as well as the one day use shampoo and conditioners. You also get a handful of facial soaps. The master bed is a little too soft for me but you sleep fine after a long day at the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the unit that we used a few times with no issues. The kitchen is well equipped with the only things missing that I needed were a spatula, meat thermometer, and strainer. They give you a sample of dish liquid and dishwashing detergent and a sponge. You will want to bring your own beach towels and extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and ziplocks. They do start you off with a few paper products though. Walmart is about 20 minutes away so you can buy groceries, clothing, and souvenirs. Publix is about 5 minutes down the road and there are several restaurants on the same road as the condo and just down the road off the strip. The beach view was amazing and the pool and spa were great at night. You get 2 chairs and an umbrella daily at the beach which is a plus. We could not get the tvs for the bunk beds to work or the fan light in the living room but that could be user error. There is plenty of party and you just need to get there before 5pm to get a pass for the dash board. All in all we had a great relaxing vacation.

Great view and a short walk to the beach

We enjoyed the location and the condo itself. The check in/check out process was super easy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.

Unit was not as clean as I would have hoped. Dishes were dirty. As far as the grounds were concerned, the pool, pool chairs, green space, and grilling area left much to be desired. Overall, we had a nice stay but might look for a location with better outdoor amenities next time.

Great View.....Except of the Bugs on the floor

The property had a beautiful view of the beach, and chairs on the balcony. It also had....cockroaches. My husband and I walked in and immediately noticed dust piled high on the washing machines (which also seemed to have mold in them), mold in the shower, soap scum, dishes that were spotty and had an odor to them, and EVERY night we were visited by cockroaches running through the kitchen and bathroom. The first night we pulled the comforter back to reveal stained white sheets as well. Contacted the company, telling them of the cockroaches as well. They offered to send a cleaning crew, but at that point, we had already gone to the TomThumb down the road and bought a bottle of bleach cleaner (along with refusing to use the washing machine or silverware), and clearly, a cleaning crew is not going to help their bug issue (which was ironically ignored and not addressed). They did drop off new sheets. Don't waste the money. Stay at a hotel with guaranteed cleanliness and that you won't be leaving with an extra guest in your bag.

A piece of Paradise

Wonderful Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we expected and then some. Loved the condo and the view. The location is great. Would stay again. Thank you for having soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. The trash shoot and luggage cart were very handy. Could use a stock pot for making soup or pasta. Maybe some new knives
