We had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained beach condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for an stress-free vacation. The decor had a relaxing coastal feel, and the unit offered plenty of room to unwind.The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever we liked. Nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions added to the convenience of the location without feeling too busy or crowded.The condo featured a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and reliable WiFi. Everything was in good working order, which made the experience smooth from start to finish.Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Instructions were clear, and they checked in to make sure everything was going well without being intrusive.Whether you're looking for a short escape or a longer stay, this beach condo is a solid option. We'd happily stay here again.

We stayed here with two families, 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids were between the ages of 10-16 and we all had plenty of room. The upstairs patio with a grill and hot tub was a big hit! The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two families. We really enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well and was only a short walk from the room. The beach is a little of a walk, but enjoyable, and we loved being able to set up right in front of the Island bar and volleyball court on the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Wonderful place!

Second stay at this condo! Very clean, beautiful views, great place to hang out with family and friends! Lazy River and pool are amazing, and just a short walk to the ocean! Will definitely be back!

Great Stay

This condo was a great unit with a beautiful beach! The condo was very clean and the hot tub worked great on the roof! Plenty of space for the family. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back.

Mid-March visit

The location is nice, can’t beat the white sand and clear water. The water is still cold in mid March, the kids didn’t seem to mind too much. The wagon and chairs for the beach were nice. The pedestrian bridge was also very convenient. Went to the beach early before they opened to reserve chairs and umbrellas (additional cost). There was a line 20 mins before they opened. Pool was very active, but still a bit too chilly for me, even though it is kind of heated. Again, the kids didn’t seem to mind. The teens loved the rooftop hot tub, it is very windy up there, but nice. Didn’t have a chance to use the grill. Was glad for the ice maker in the frig. Overall very nice. Would like to visit again later in the season, but I can imagine that place gets packed. The condo was clean and as described. All food and spices are removed between guests.

Great unit for a large group

The kids had a ball with the lazy river and rooftop hot tub. Great location to local attractions and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (even a crockpot). My only suggestion would be to put another set of dishes in. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal. There were a couple of minor issues that were fixed quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

It was fabulous from start to finish. We enjoyed the beach and the pool/lazy river. We took our granddaughter to Gulfquarium and she learned how to swim underwater with no floaties. We made lots of memories.

Family vacation

We loved staying at this unit! The condo was beautiful and well maintained and we of course love all of the amenities (pools, lazy river, beach bar.) The only issue we had was the grill not working after we had already prepped our food to grill out but we let the owner know so I’m sure it will get fixed. The hot tub on the roof was perfect! We used it every night! I do wish the guest bedroom had a closet (we had to share the bunk room closet) but it worked out. Overall it was an amazing trip and we highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Views

We came for our first family vacation since COVID. The area is close to attractions and feels safe. We had some concerns but they were quickly addressed before and during our stay. If we come back to the area we will consider staying here again. The only reason we wouldn’t is because we will go closer to Pensacola.

Penthouse

The penthouse.. the rooftop was great. The actual condo was okay- not worth the penthouse rate. The air conditioner didn’t work in all rooms, the floors, counters and bathrooms were not clean upon arrival, and it was not ocean front. The walk wasn’t so bad, but I was expecting to walk out. Being so close to the pier brought in a different color water from what we’re used to- it was darker than normal and a bit green. The crystal clear emerald ocean was covered in June grass this time and full of seaweed- it was awful! The lazy river was our saving grace- it was great! We made the best of our circumstances. The restaurants that were near are all overpriced and inflated. Overall I give it an average rating, not worth what we paid!

Lovely Penthouse…

This penthouse was clean, spacious and in a prime location. We were wowed as soon as we walked in at the outstanding space and views from every window. We could see the whole lazy river from the living area and deck, and had a panoramic view of the beach, bay, and pool area from the top level (which also had a hot tub that we now can’t go without). We ate at the Crab Trap Restaurant on the beach (directly across the street) and the crab cakes are to die for!!! Unfortunately our trip was cut short and we were only able to enjoy the first day. One of our friends had a medical emergency and we had to call 911 for assistance. We have to praise the first responders for their timely response which seemed like maybe 5 minutes (with thorough directions to our condo and location). Our friend had to be taken away by ambulance who followed the medics in a very timely manner as well. Sadly, we were not able to recover from this traumatic incident which happened early morning on our event filled day we had planned. Our friend is better now and recovering, the rest of us are looking for a spot to come back and finish out our plans. Unfortunately this lovely place is not available. We would also like to thank Jennifer for coming to check on us and offering assistance when our friend took ill, it was very much appreciated and we won’t forget it. We will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Jen and Dave!

Excellent property

We had a great time and the unit was exactly as advertised and the property is well maintained. The pools and hot tub were clean and warm. Getting around was very easy.
