Condo was as described, the mattress was hard. There were chip crumbs in the pull out sofa bed. No pizza cutter but had a pizza pan which was odd. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Just Perfect!

Unit was extremely clean and the kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The unit looks exactly like the photos. The unit's beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. One King, two doubles and twin bunk beds in the third small bedroom. It was super convenient to have the washer and dryer in the unit. There were plenty of bath towels. The grounds were well maintained. Any question that I had were promptly answered both by email and by phone. It is a short walk to a restaurant and the food store and liquor store is just a short ride away. Sunsets on the balcony were spectacular. The unit is located over sand dunes for great ocean views. It is a wonderful condo and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the building itself was quiet. The beach service was the slowest to set up in the area however. Nice kitchen and utensils for use.

Enjoyable Stay

My husband and I rented the condo for a vacation with our young adult children. There were 7 of us in total and the condo was spacious, clean and had a great view. We really liked the beach umbrella/chair service as well.

Great condo. GREAT VIEW!

Everything was great except for some much needed additions: additional forks (only 3 salad forks and 3 dinner forks means your hand washing after every meal) clean the range vent, it does not suck up steam, or smoke from cooking. Additional kitchen towels and much needed bathroom hand towels. I purchsed a spatula and left it for the next renter, kitchen did not have one. (Hard to flip an egg, fish, anything without one🤔)

Would Stay Again

The condo was clean, great location, and wonderful view. We enjoyed the spacious balcony in the mornings and evenings. Only complaint was the refrigerator wasn't cooling like it should, and we had to throw out some items we bought at the store. When I reported the issue to the front desk it was fixed in no time. We will stay here again.

Family Vacation

The condo is just as pictured! The view was absolutely amazing. The easy access to the beach was great and convenient to go back and forth from the condo. The space was perfect for our whole family of 8. The check in process was seamless as we went straight to the door with a code access sent to us prior to arrival.

Sand between your toes any time of day!

What a great location! The building is right on the beach and the view is unobstructed. We saw the New Year's Eve fireworks from our balcony and enjoyed the balcony tremendously throughout the stay. The beach there at Gulf Dunes is great. The condo was wonderfully furnished for our crew that filled every bed. The kitchen had almost everything we could want and we cooked something every day, even making cookies. The WIFI was great for the folks who had to log a few hours for work. There were several TVs, with cable, but we were so occupied that we barely turned it on. Our readers in the group loved the comfort of the balcony for their quiet time. I'm not sure if it was just because it was winter, but the parking was plentiful, which worked out well for our 4 cars, as we were coming from different directions. I would love to return to this location again. Lots to do on the island and nearby as well. Walk to ice cream, goofy golf, restaurants. So much to enjoy whether you are a nature lover, reader, foodie, athlete.

Very spacious condo but not clean & loud neighbors

This condo was very nice and spacious. The cleanliness upon arrival was not. Which was very disappointing with everything that had been going on with COVID. There was old food under the couches, old bars of soap under the nightstand, tubs did not look clean and were clogged, which I assume was caused by sand. Luckily I had brought my own cleaning supplies. We were there for my daughter’s dance competition and neighbors stayed up pretty late partying which sucked since she had to be up early but I didn’t make any formal complains since it was a holiday week and it’s summer, I understand people are there to have a good time. I did see a notice of quiet hours in the elevator two days before our check out so I guess someone else made a complaint . Overall the condo decor, upgrades, space and view were very nice!

Great location and stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. The only issue I had was that there were no towels or wash cloth/sponge for the kitchen. I also discovered there were no oven mitts to take things out of the oven. Not a huge problem, but surprising. I did contact the manager about the kitchen towels, and got a response that there were paper towels. Other than that very minor issue, it was wonderful! If we visit Fort Walton again, I will just pack oven mitts.

Great location on Okaloosa Island

Condo was everything we expected! Plenty of room and great location to restaurants and grocery. Weather could have been better, but we took our chances in March. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing in every way!

Extremely simple rental process with excellent communication. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. Amazing beach view with very large balcony. This condo has the best location on the beach. Not crowded at all! We would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great place for family vacation!

This condo was great! It worked well for my family. It was right on the beach and came with free beach service. The beach was never crowded and most days only had 1 row of chairs set up. The condo itself was immaculate! It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The view from the balcony was probably everyone’s favorite. We definitely will be using Brooks and Shorey to rent for future vacations.
