Christmas Vacay

Stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday. The property overall was sufficient. The only downfalls were the ice maker did not work and the pool view is blocked by trees. Close to several good restaurants.

Wonderful Place to Stay

All in all, this place was great. Awesome pools at the resort and the accessibility to the beach was perfect. My 3 year old also loved the bunk beds in the room.

Cute little condo

Perfect for a small family. We were very happy we were able to check in 2 hrs before the initial check in time. Condo was clean. There was a kids splash pad that my little one enjoyed while the others enjoyed the big pool. Publix is close by if you want to do a quick grocery haul.

Vacation

The property was excellent! There were several pools to accommodate all ages. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river and the lily pad pool the most however there were several splash areas for the younger kids! It was also convenient that there was a bar and grille for the days where we didn’t feel like eating lunch in the condo. The access to the beach was easily accessible. Our condo itself was very well taken care of and included all of the amenities so that you could cook in some nights and enjoy movies on the rainy days! The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having bunk beds. We loved that we could open the doors and enjoy the view! When we had a small issue with our freezer, the maintenance department/condo owners responded within 10 minutes of our request and wanted to ensure that the issues were quickly resolved and that it didn’t cause us any issues such as losing food. The condo/resort is in a great location that’s not too busy but has easy access to all of the restaurants and activities. This was our first time at Waterscape and we will be back next year!! We’ve already had several friends as us about our stay as they saw our photos and were impressed!

Family vacation

We loved staying at Waterscape, perfect place for kids. The pool already are absolutely wonderful, our 4 year old proffered them over the beach! It’s about a 3 min trip from room to pool. Resort staff were super nice, we enjoyed the Fudpucker Tiki Hut for lunch everyday on site at the pool. Beds were comfortable, pack n play was in room. Check in was super easy, the host contacted us the day of and room was ready early so we were able to check in at 12 instead of 4. We will definitely be back to Waterscape!

Great condo for a family of 5!

The process was extremely easy from booking to checkout! The location is perfect to the pools as well. The property needed monthly maintenance while we were there. The instructions were spot on for timing and what to expect and the representative for the property was very kind and sweet.

We love the Waterscape

The resort atmosphere is great and there is plenty to do for kids of all ages. The late fall/winter temperatures are rather cold but still made for a nice getaway. The condo had a beautiful view of the pool and conveniently located near the parking garage. It was fully stocked with all kitchen appliances/utensils needed, plus hair dryer, etc. we will definitely be back!

Fall break vacation

We loved waterscape! The resort itself was a little crowded, but my girls absolutely loved it. My two and six year old loved the pools! Especially the splash pad. The condo was the perfect size for our little family of four. My oldest loved getting to sleep on the top bunk. The beach chairs anywhere close to the water got taken by like 7:00 am, so be sure to get up early and grab you could a seat. The condo could use a few paint touch-ups but other than that it was perfect. CoastalVibes made the check in and check out process super easy. We even got to check in early the days we got there! Overall I would definitely stay again.

Great family resort

The resort was great for families. Easy beach access and plenty of pool options for all ages. We appreciated the little extras like the grills, recycling options and free pool toy bins. Units were clean and check in was a breeze. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We are planning on coming back!

Family vacation

This was the 1st time we had ever booked a place for a week stay. Needless to say, we won’t stay in the particular home again. Multiple maintenance issues with home. Kitchen table chair broke on my wife while she was sitting at the table causing her to fall to the floor. She just had shoulder surgery 5 weeks prior and it caused her to land on her freshly repaired shoulder. Upon inspection found 5 of the chairs were broken. Table was on its way too. You couldn’t barely put any weight on the table because it wobbled so much. Water leaking in hall bath from condo above. Mold spotting on bathroom ceiling. Baseboards have growth on them as well. Washing machine is junk. Discolored all of our clothes when using. Seriously every single thing. When you come for a week, you rent a place that has a washer and dryer. Especially in our case with two young children who blow through outfits. The floors haven’t been mopped in quite some time. The sheer amount of sand all over the floors is unacceptable. I get that some sand will be tracked in but not that much. The couch hasn’t been vacuumed either. Again lots of sand just accumulated on the cushion. Screens on patio doors were ripped, torn and in terrible condition. The blue tint they used on patio windows is falling off. The patio furniture is discolored and falling apart. Cleanliness and maintenance could be drastically improved. Better attention to detail could have kept the chair from breaking. Waterscape itself was fantastic but this individual place not so much.

Perfect family vacation!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation! Our kids loved the pool, lazy river and beach fireworks! The beach is beautiful! The condo was clean, updated and spacious for our family of 5! We arrived early and couldn’t check in, I messaged David and he immediately had someone bring us our wrist bands so the kids could enjoy the pool! Great service!

Great stay!

Resort is great

Waterscape resort was fantastic. Decor in condo was great however the furniture wasn't functional for families. The couch is small and very dirty the bed in master is not very stable. The condo was filthy when we entered to the point I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned. I didn't let my baby down to crawl because the floors were so dirty and lots of debri on the balcony that tracked in everytime you came in. We wore our shoes inside the entire time because of the grit on the floors. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness especially since the resort was so nice and the people that checked us in and communicated was so great. The condo needs a lot of TLC.
