With only 3 condos on each floor, this complex will never get overcrowded, the pool area will always have enough space for everyone and the beach will feel more private than ever!
This 2 bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor and offers expansive views of the beautiful sugar white coastline. When you walk out on the beach front balcony, the views will take your breath away! No obstructions, no side views - this is DIRECT BEACH FRONT!
The condo has a nice size full kitchen equipped with all dishes and utensils, there is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms are just the perfect space to relax after a sunny day at the beach or you can just lounge in the living room and boast in the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Parking is directly in front of the property, there is no fee for parking.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. As well as the last week of March and the first week of April.
