This newly renovated unit located in building one on the first floor and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped so you can enjoy a great meal when you feel like eating in. The living room has a large flat screen TV with a blu-ray player, a sofa sleeper that will accommodate two people and access to the balcony that opens to the large courtyard area. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen TV with a blu-ray player. The bathroom has a separate dressing area and a tub/shower combination.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
