Our new, upscale third floor condominium is located with stunning gulf views from the Living, Dining, Kitchen areas, and both Master King Suites. This condo has a spacious floorplan that is tiled throughout. No dirty carpeting!!!
Our condominium is located in the premier Waterscape Resort; known for it's lush gardens and pools. This is the only resort directly on the beach in the area with these amenities offered. Inside the enormous courtyard the tropical oasis and pools await you. You will enjoy a 2 tiered pool deck separated by a 10' waterfall. Lower pool deck features a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads. Float down the long lazy river on resort tubes. Upper deck includes a seasonally heated pool. A children's splash area is on this deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for sun protection. Two large jacuzzi hot tubs are located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation. Fitness Room with equipment purchased 2025 is in the Courtyard.

Living area beyond features the same deluxe decor with large oil painting and 46' Vizio flatscreen (cable available) with DVD. Wifi is throughout condo. The wall of windows and doors lead from living area to private balcony patio.

Our condo has 2 Master King Suites (w/ full baths). Both king suites as well as living areas
have doors to the private balcony. Views of the gulf and Okaloosa Fishing Pier are spectacular!
The King Master Suite left of living area includes 38' flatscreen (cable) w DVD, distressed whitewashed Mediterranean palette furnishings, and floor to ceiling glass doors leading to private balcony . Bath has double vanity, separate large shower, and large soaker tub. Master K Suite right of living area features another flatscreen, 32', wall mounted, (cable) w DVD, distressed furniture, and floor to ceiling glass door leading to balcony, Attached bath includes separate large enclosed shower, and large soaker tub.

Half bath is near the bunk room that features dresser, mirror, and wall mounted TV .

Hungry? If not interested in cooking in the well equipped kitchen, the courtyard features gas grilling areas and Tiki bar. Fantastic restaurants are within walking distance.
Shopping and outlet malls abound in the Okaloosa Island, Destin, and Fort Walton Beach area.


Waterscape Resort is a gated resort with covered parking. Park on the third floor and walk to condo or park under unit, use available cart and elevator, and have just a few steps to our condo door! The keyless entry opens the door to a vacation of your dreams. Nearby elevator takes you within a few steps to the tropical courtyard!

We (Barbara and David Murray) own and manage our condo. All high-end linen will be used only in the this condo. All kitchen tools stay in this condo. We employ a private housekeeper (not with a company) who keeps our condo exceptionally clean. We take pride in talking with every rental party and personally addressing all their concerns.
