SUNSET HOUSE truly lives up to its name. We fell in love with this home in 2021 for its peaceful, unobstructed sunset views over the Pensacola Sound—and it’s where most guests find themselves spending their time. Step onto the private pier to reach the calm, shallow Sound-side beach, where kids splash and collect hermit crabs while adults relax on the sand or fish from the pier.

Right off the back deck, the brand-new private pool features a swim-up bar, splash deck with bubblers, and in-water loungers. Optional heating is available in spring and fall ($45/day).

Inside, the large great room showcases reclaimed heart pine floors from a Mississippi barn, a modern kitchen with Taj Mahal granite and stainless appliances, and a 72” Roku TV surrounded by slipcovered sofas and recliners. Accommodations include three king bedrooms with cool gel memory foam mattresses, plus a queen bedroom. The home also offers five vanity areas, three bathrooms (two with separate toilets), making it perfect for groups or families.

The Gulf beach is just a three-block walk to public access, and the free trolley to the Boardwalk stops only a block away. The Boardwalk itself, with shops and restaurants, is just a mile away.
