About the Home and Layout
Located on the highly sought-after Ariola Drive, The Beach House is a professionally designed seven-bedroom retreat blending classic coastal charm with modern updates. Fully renovated with new furnishings, upgraded appliances, and stylish decor, this spacious home offers open concept living, a private pool, and stunning Gulf views from just steps away. With ample space inside and out, it’s ideal for multi-generational groups, family reunions, and memorable beach vacations.

The main level features six bedrooms and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of room for entertaining. The primary suite includes a king bed, a daybed/sofa, and an ensuite with dual sinks and a soaking tub. A separate in-law suite on the lower level includes two queen beds, a private sitting area with TV, and direct access to the pool, perfect for guests seeking a bit more privacy. Every bedroom includes a flat-screen TV and new mattresses for a restful stay.

Booking Details
* Golf Cart Rental $125/Day or$750/week (must rent for entire stay-*Rates for Memorial Day, July 4th, Blue Angles, Labor Day:150/day or $850/week)
* Pool Heating Option: $55/day
Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.
