Love this place!

This townhouse checks all the boxes! It is clean, comfortable, beautiful and in a great location. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather all week, and we made use of the kayaks that this rental provided. Despite being a very busy week on the beach, these townhomes were quiet and parking wasn't a problem. Loved our stay and can't wait to come again!

Great Getaway!

The property is beautiful and SO close to the beach, literally across the street. We will definitely be back! The property is well cleaned and maintained and all the furnishings were well in order. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the neighbor on the end was blaring music at all times of the night, however other than this it was wonderful!!

Great property

Great property perfect for a week at the beach with my sister and nephew. Clean, updated, and completely stocked with more than we needed. Pride of ownership very apparent. Love the location, convenient beach access right across the street, bay side deck/living and water access, and two sided garage. Thank you for the second fridge in the garage and use of your kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and grill. On our way home we called and booked another week at the end of the summer.

Nice property

Pros- This property was nice, with an easy walk to the beach with little ones by use of wagon. -It was nicely decorated and furnished by the owners -The kayaks and paddle boards were a great touch for traveling with kids. Mattresses were comfortable, and towels were good quality. Excellent quality washer/dryer/dishwasher. -The housing community was quiet and clean, felt very safe. -VERY nice to have hoses in front and back for washing down little feet and beach gear Cons- needed a better job done by maintenance (disposal clattered with any attempt at use, downstairs A/C unit struggled to cool the main floor below 76°, HVAC tech never showed to address). - cleaning needs improvement (handrail at interior stairs was sticky, and rendered a hand wipe black. Same for the kitchen floor). - we were unable to connect to the internet (said we were connected, however showed no service. Did not address this item with management) -A bit far from town for any pedestrian activity (however will take that over being stuck in the high traffic areas) - a keypad entry would be fantastic , particularly for preventing lost keys on the beach! Overall, appreciated the location and ease of use

great place to stay

It was wonderful to have a place away from home that felt like home and not something that someone simply threw together to call it a "rental". A true quality home away from home. The only constructive feedback I would offer would be better quality paper products would be appreciated and basic spices in the kitchen at this rate/quality. We will definitely be back!

Super Nice Townhouse

This was a very nice townhouse-spacious, clean, updated and very nicely furnished. We loved the location with sound access and right across the street from the beach. We also loved the plethora of beach and water toys. Thanks!

Amazing Property!

This property was perfect for us - location to beach, cleanliness, and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, life jackets). It has a great lay out, and we loved having our own garage. The only thing it is missing is a pool, but we knew that in advance and had access to another pool. We will very likely stay here again!

Cozy townhome

This home was perfect for our group of 7 visiting family in Pensacola for the week. We loved being so close to the beautiful white sand beaches, but also found that hanging out in the backyard on the marsh was just as fun! The home is beautiful, with great views of the ocean right from the balcony, and was spacious enough for us all to spread out and relax. We loved everything about this property and had a great vacation! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

perfect Stay

We really loved this townhome and the location. My wife and I spent the vast majority of our early morning and afternoons on the back deck enjoying the gorgeous views. The water toys were a huge plus as we used them each day of our stay. The short walk to the beach and Peg legs Pete was trick. The host has really went the extra step in providing the kitchen fully stocked with higher end array of utensils, plates, cups and furniture. The new floors upstairs are gorgeous. The only minor items that could have made the experience a tiny bit better , was that no one could connect to the internet which made those times I needed to work challenging, also having a Keurig in lieu of the single pot maybe more of a preference for my family as it seems every one in my group has a different caffeine fix. Lastly the paper towels and toilet paper need an a upgrade :). The property manager was first class, communication was perfect and easy to pick up the keys. To the host family thank you very much for sharing your home, we wished we owned it!!!! I hope to stay here again soon!

Brand New Owners

Our first time staying at this particular townhouse. Everything was brand new in neutral, spa colors. We low the location of being on the bay, townhome has bay toys, and across the street from the ocean (best of both worlds). There is a trolley stop close by to eliminate driving to hot spots around the island (parking can be an issue at the Boardwalk).
