  • This home will completely surprise you. The inside and outside of this home is absolutely wonderful and will take your breath away!

    The open kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, modern finishing's and a spacious island. The living area has a comfortable sofa and love seat and a large flat screen TV that sits over a rustic, rock fireplace (fireplace not available for guest use). The dining room offers a nice large table with plenty of seating for everyone. It's the perfect place to enjoy a family meal together or to challenge someone in a great game of cards.

    With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home easily sleeps 9. 1 King in the master bedroom with a private bath that has 2 separate sinks and a stand alone shower. The second and third bedrooms offer 1 queen bed in each and the fourth bedroom has a twin over a queen bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

    Enjoy the large, fenced in back yard that offers an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy toes. And just across the street is sound access. This wonderful home is pet friendly too! Call a Vacation Specialist today or book online with ease.

It was a beautiful house! My husband and I and our grown children and their spouses go on a group vacation each summer. We think this house was Our favorite. We liked that it was all one level. It was a close walk to the beach and not far to lots of restaurant choices. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Back yard is enclosed with a wooden privacy fence. Location is convenient to everything yet feels comfortably isolated. Loved everything.

Very close to the beach, just a short walk. Overall the property was clean. This is a pet friendly rental so i did notice some dog hair from previous guests, but overall I was happy. We are always satisfied when we rent from Paradise Beach homes, they are always very responsive and helpful.

The backyard was fenced and very nice with an outdoor shower as well. We loved that our dogs were able to come with us on our stay. This location is only a few blocks from the beach so it was very easy for us to walk back and forth. This has been our favorite place to stay in Pensacola and I will certainly be back.

One being a place to that our daughter could get dressed for her wedding, a home without steps due to my mother is handicapped, plenty of bedrooms for my other adult children to spend the night, plenty of parking to entertain and a fenced in back yard. This home was truly well thought out from all the appliances in the kitchen, the back patio was very comfortable for entertaining and the beds was fantastic. Kudos to the home owners for thinking of everything.

Plus, the Pensacola Beach boardwalk? It's like a theme park for fun-loving souls! If life had a rewind button, I'd book this pad faster than you can say 'sandcastles' – definitely coming back for round two!

Winter get away from Minnesota

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in Pensacola Beach.Enjoyed the beaches and the wonderful selections of food within 2 miles from our location.The rental was clean and in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil pot pans bowls and dishes. The outdoor lot is fenced in which gave us comfort in knowing we could leave our dog out and he would stay within the fence. The only problem we encountered was the outdoor grill didn’t work so we called and management’s acted quickly so we could grill that evening. We have stayed at 1314 a couple time and we had stared at 1413 before the owners decided to live there permanently. So 1314 is our favorite. We love the neighbor. Quiet. About 4-5 o’clock the neighbors come out for a walk or bike ride. All friendly. We will come again
