Bucket List Trip

We stayed here with our whole family as a last vacation destination for our grandparents. The house is beautiful and everyone was comfortable during their stay. It's not too far from the beach, about a five minute walk. The huge kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining tables allowed for everyone to cook and dine together, which was the highlight for our week. A few family members had difficulty using the elevator. It was sensitive and if not used precisely it would shut down. Normally it wouldn't be a huge issue, but my grandparents are handicapped and relied on it to get in an out of the house. The response times from the property manager and maintenance were swift however, and we were back on track.

We had a very nice stay. The only small item was the description of the path to the beach was listed as being a good bit shorter than the actual path. But that was not too big a deal - it was so hot! The road and sand were blistering. We enjoyed the house and pool! Thanks, Mark

Wonderful Property!

We had a group from ages 70 to 10 months. The house accommodated all 18 of us wonderfully! Would definitely recommend the house and location. Communication with the property management was spot on.

Awesome Family Beach House

Our family of 20 just left this awesome place! Each of our 5 families had a beautiful room and bathroom, and the 10 kiddos shared the comfy bunks. The location is perfect because it’s minutes from restaurants, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Best of both worlds! We would book this house again!

Fabulous

Stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration with friends. Was an excellent choice for beach access, in home private chef dinners, gatherings, etc. The in room bathrooms in every room is wonderful for privacy of every guests. We also loves all of the balconies! We had a wonderful time!

Overall this house is nice. There is a discrepancy with checkout instructions. Text states leave bedding on bed; book in the house states remove all bedding and pile on the bed. Also they need a full size Keurig. The one cup Keurig is not sufficient for 20 people.

Pensacola beach family fall vacay

We selected this property because we have 3 generations who love Pensacola beach. We like having a pool on the property for the times we can’t go to the beach due to jellyfish or something else. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped for a family that also likes to cook some of our meals. Close to many restaurants and shops. Close to a beautiful state park that our family loves. This house is perfect for large families and/or a wedding party.

Comfortable family getaway

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Miner things that need to be fixed but nothing that got in the way of a wonderful stay. The pool was fantastic! The "big kids" loved it. The grill worked great. and having two options was a nice surprise. Plenty of parking space for all the families on the trip. Couldn't figure out how to use the tub, so we didn't use it but the shower in the master was wonderful.

Perfect Beach House

We stayed here with all our kids, their spouses and grandkids (17 total) and it was perfect. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We had 2 very minor maintenance issues and both times someone came out within an hour. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool was very nice, and it was a close walk to the beach. Also the 4th floor bonus room and deck area was great. We spent quite a bit of time up there talking, reading, watching the waves, etc. Highly recommend this house!!

Absolutely Lovely!

This property was absolutely lovely! We had 5 couples, and the house was extremely comfortable. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. With that being said, we had additional 10 beds open. Its the house you want if your have a big group and kids too. The house was very clean. The views were gorgeous. The pool and outdoor space was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything. We rode bikes to and from the little town. I will 100% rent this property again! We'll be back next year!

Beautiful house, amazing location.. perfect for our retreat! Everyone complimented on the fact that the furniture, decorations and furnishings were as if this were someone's private home. There is so much space for comfy gatherings. Loved this house and location!!

The house was more than we expected in terms of space, cleanliness and comfort. Rooftop deck was a favorite spot. All bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size and very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Spectacular!

This home had all of the essentials. Location is great - not right on the beach but the beautiful white sand is less than a five minutes walk. Elevator is very handy and the heated pool was amazing. I highly recommend this house - I would return!

Enjoyed our stay!

House was nice and clean and pretty like in pictures. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. It is easy to get to the beach. Communication was great and got responses within minutes. It was nice to have elevator. Lots of windows and balconies to enjoy the sunshine. Would stay here again!

Pensacola Beach at its best

Beautifully decorated and high end finishings. Elevator was abused by grandparents. It was extreme helpful. Also appreciated was each bedroom had it’s bath. The toilets were chair height. Loved the pool and all the outside decks. Ideal house for large families and well managed.

Disappointed

We rented this house three years ago and it was immaculate. This year, prior to our check-in (June 26) we kept receiving texted messages from the management company where they continually started lowering our expectations. There were staffing shortages, hurricanes, etc… cited in the text messages that basically were preparing us that the home would not be clean and check-in had been changed from 4pm to 5pm. They were not lying in those text messages. The home was in terrible shape and very dirty. The first shocker was that the outside furniture was no longer as pictured. The loveseat, two chairs and coffee table were in sad shape and the cushions were so dirty we asked our children not the sit on them. The grill that was once on the 2nd floor deck was downstairs by the pool and in very poor condition. There was a new table and chairs on the deck but the table could only fit four chairs and they tried to shove eight around it. The table and chairs by the pool was just filthy. A kid showed up right when we arrived with a leaf blower to remove the sand from around the pool. When we asked him about the other issues he just said “hey I’m 17 years old, I only know to blow the sand off”. Inside was worse. The living room furniture and bar stools were stained with dirt and spilled whatever. When we sat on the bar stools, we discovered the springs were gone and we fell into a hole. The kitchen table was in rough shape and when I wiped it with a wet white cloth it turned the cloth black. The walls were marked up and dirty. I wore white socks which turned black when I walked on the floors. The dishwasher top rack was broke. The burners on the gas stove top didn’t work properly. That basically left us with one burner in the middle that we could use. They had sprayed cleaner on a lot of surfaces but didn’t properly clean them. It was just a smeared mess. The refrigerator smelled like fish and the laundry room like something died in there. The best part is the ice maker didn’t work so they brought in a cooler and periodically brought us ice. The bathrooms were okay, but when they stated we will start you off with “minimal supplies” they weren’t kidding. One roll of toilet paper and not enough bath towels for each person to have one. One major note, the caulking in the master shower has a strip that is missing. Bottomline, this house needs a total refresh.
