"The staff went above and beyond. They all are true gems. Especially Jacqueline. She’s just amazing helping us with our air con, fan and getting the TV to work. Kind, thoughtful and lovely. "We had a Beautiful two bedroom suite. Perfectly located for shopping and entertainment. We were visiting for college of Charleston orientation and were 2 minutes or less walk to everywhere we needed to be on campus. Kelsey and John were welcoming, made check in a breeze and responded to any inquiries within a few minutes. Will be back and highly recommend 360 king for a stay in Charleston !"

"Amazing hotel with outstanding staff and service! The staff provided all information we needed and suggested great, interesting places to visit since it was our first time in Charleston. We also used the bikes that are available for a nice morning stroll. Jim is a true gentlemen, it was a blast having him assist us! The hotel is definitely worth it! "

"The Nickel was outstanding. We have stayed at numerous 5 star hotels around Charleston, (hotel Bennett, the dewberry etc) and the Nickel is by far our favorite. It’s beautifully designed and feels fresh and brand new. The kitchenette actually came in handy numerous times. We took advantage of the free bike rentals and really enjoyed it. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back."

"The pool is everything! The staff is so kind. The interior is gorgeous. You have bikes available and can cycle around the city. But it is centrally located so easy to walk around as well. I had the best facial I have ever had in my life and you have to treat yourself to the energy balls they make from scratch. Quite delicious! I only had unique and delicious food from the pool and restaurant. A Mediterranean flare which was very unique. 5 stars!!!"

"Electrical/wifi needs updating. There was no place To charge devices unless you brought your own charging cube no late checkout available for late flight. No assistance available to and from airport. Overall, overprice for what you get"

"What a beautiful extended 4th of July weekend stay at The Dewberry. We arrived just after 11am and only had to wait another hour before our room was ready - well before the standard 4pm check-in. Our room was clean and wonderful. We did notice that it was quite warm in there, but we just assumed that it needed some time to cool down. The following day, the room had not cooled down, and we called Guest Services to advise them of the air conditioning issue. Within minutes, someone was there to...
