We kindly ask that you maintain the home in the same condition as when you arrived. For stays of 28 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will apply. One parking spot on the premises is complimentary, and additional spaces can be requested; availability will vary based on current occupancy. If we are unable to accommodate additional parking, street parking is a convenient alternative. Absolutely no smoking or vaping and no parties are allowed on the premises. If additional cleaning is required by our cleaners due to smoking, vaping, or other violations, the cost will be charged to the guest, including up to $1,000 for smoke remediation. At checkout, we request that guests place used towels and bedsheets on the floor near the bathroom to assist with washing. Late check-out is available for a fee of $50 per hour; however, this service must be requested in advance to ensure availability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
