"Room was a ok. My husband said he felt like he was in prison. lol
The room was roomy but it could be better. The bathroom is still the same 20 years old floor and tub/shower. The blinds barely cover the window.
We used to stay there 15-20yrs ago.
I don’t think we will stay there again.
The front desk staff was great though."

Big change this year: bizzare overseas booking/billing "service". Expedia was very much superior in this regard. I booked the room in Canadian dollars, paid with my Canadian credit card, and was billed in Euros !!! Bloody Euros! Still haven't sorted that out, but the AI team in Austria tells me it is my responsibility to...

10/10 Excelente
All perfect and only problem was the prepayed booking done by hotels.com so the Island Suites charge the room fee but it was not the failure diring the check in and she, the front desk only follows the procedures. Today before check all was solved and the manager already done the credit on my credit card charge! My great tks to all Island team@
