Located just 1 mile from Canyons, guests can relax and unwind at our 3-bedroom/2.5-bath home! The home features an elegant mountain lodge exterior, mountain timber furnishings, and a river rock gas fireplace in the living room for a cozy log cabin feel. It has a full kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, a dining area, and a powder room on the main floor.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The Primary bedroom features a King bed, a private deck with patio furniture and mountain views, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and vaulted ceilings; the en suite master bath includes granite counters, a walk-in shower, and a jetted tub. Bedrooms two and three feature Queen beds and share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with granite counters and a jetted tub. Additional amenities include three TVs, two DVD players & free Wifi. Fans are provided for our guest's comfort in the warmer months.

Park City Mountain Resort and the famous boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of Park City's Historic Main Street are just a short six miles away – with Deer Valley's world-class offerings being just a few miles further down the road and accessible by the area's bus system.

Enjoyable Stay

I give this condo 5 stars all around. The communication with iTrip was superb. House was as listed and clean. Only things to keep in mind - garage is very difficult to access - our rental Expedition was hitting the bar to go in and the parking spots are difficult to navigate so we used the pavement parking around the complex. We slept with the windows open because the heat was pretty high and we couldn't get it lowered, so there was some road noise as you're right off the main street into PC. It wasn't too noticeable though, as we're used to sleeping with sound machines. Very convenient location. I would stay again!

Wonderful stay in Park city

We’ve stayed in Timberwolf before and this was a lovely three bedroom two bath unit. The location is great and the amenities met all of our needs. The property manager is very easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful stay. Looking forward to coming back for many years to come.

Less than peaceful

House was lovely - exactly as pictured. Rating hurt by (in order of annoyance): 1. Noise (you can hear road traffic, snow plowing at 4 in the morning, and neighbors to each side (walls must b very thin if it even woke up my teenagers); 2. HEAT - we had the heat turned off and we still had to open windows for some relief; 3. Lack of basic kitchen/household amenities (no one wants to invest in spices and cooking oils for a short stay. Some starter laundry detergent would also be good). You can’t cook a real meal in the house; 4. Location is convenient for driving but you can’t safely walk to the public bus stop; 5. Both hot tubs were incredibly dirty; and 5. Lack of basic property and resort information (some tips for out of towners would have been nice).

Nice quiet place to stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities-except need to buy coffee salt pepper sugar and everything else needed for your family. Grocery stores close by. Beds are fine. Place was warm and needed to open some windows to let cool air in to bring the temp down. Love the family room and kitchen . We would stay again if available.

Canyons Village get-away

Convenience to the Canyons Village and plenty of space for our family of 5 made this the perfect VRBO for our quick ski get-away. Kitchen was really well appointed, making it easy for us to cook meals at home when we were too tired to go out after a day on the Mountains.

Great cozy condo for the whole family. Upside: Close to Park City downtown area. Secure location. Big kitchen and eating area. Downsides: Shower makes high pitched sound upstairs. Small leak through ceiling when showering (they responded right away with a maintenance team request).

Cozy and Well Located Spacious Condo

We stay in Park City every year during the Christmas holiday season and love the Timberwolf condos for their proximity to the Canyons and the stores at Kimball Junction. This unit is spacious, has three bedrooms all on the same level, and a very nicely laid out great room on the main floor. Will likely return if available again next year.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. It’s close to everything and the property management was so easy to deal with. We had an issue and they resolved it immediately. I would 100% stay here again. Absolutely lovely!
