The charming and luxurious Clairette is a brilliant two-bedroom apartment with floor-to-ceiling French windows in the living room and sitting area that provide gorgeous Parisian views, with the Eiffel Tower rising over the rooftops of the sought-after 7th arrondissement.

The living room and dining area has a comfortable sofa facing the decorative fireplace. The dining area open to the living room has a table and chairs for four. The sliding doors can be closed to form a second bedroom.

THE KITCHEN is well-appointed, featuring a dishwasher, two-burner stovetop, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee maker and a toaster. You will also find all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes and glassware you need to feel at home.

THE BEDROOM 1&2 are lovely. Bedroom 1 features an extra-wide queen bed (180x200cm), a wall of cupboards, a flat screen television and French windows that open onto an inner courtyard. Bedroom 2 features two beds that can be combined or split for your convenience, Bedroom 2 can be separated by a pocket door to create privacy. Enjoy the views of the Eiffel Tower from the sitting area in bedroom 2. The Clairette can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

The BATHROOM features a shower, modern sink, cabinet, and toilet.

A/C cools the apartment beautifully in the summer while CENTRAL HEATING will keep you toasty during the cooler months.
