This apartment has been designed to offer a pleasant stay in an elegant setting in the heart of Paris.

The main room combines a comfortable living area with a double bed, a convertible sofa bed, a television, and a cozy dining area, ideal for sharing breakfast before setting off to explore the city or gathering after a day in Paris.

The modern, well-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided so you can start your day off right.

The modern, practical bathroom includes a shower, vanity, hairdryer, and essential products such as shower gel and shampoo. The toilet is integrated into the bathroom.

A real asset to the apartment is the 8 m² private terrace, a pleasant outdoor space where you can enjoy a morning coffee, get some fresh air, or simply savor the unique atmosphere of the Champs-Élysées.

Keys can be collected from a KeyNest location in Franprix at 29 Rue de Berri, 75008 Paris, a few minutes from the apartment.

Opening hours:
• Monday to Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(Closed on December 25 and January 1)

Before your arrival, you will automatically receive a personal code via Airbnb messaging allowing you to easily collect the keys.

➡️ Late arrival: if you plan to arrive after Franprix closes, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can send you an alternative access code to enter the apartment directly.

Our team is available every day from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. by phone or via the platform's messaging service to assist you before and during your stay.
