Welcome to our cozy apartment located in a quiet street of the 17th arrondissement of Paris. This crossing accommodation is bathed in light throughout the day, with a beautiful spacious living room and a bedroom on courtyard, ideal for peaceful nights.

The living room is very comfortable and has a large dining table that can accommodate up to 6-8 people – perfect for sharing a meal with friends or family. The open kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to cook while enjoying your loved ones.

Parking is paid near the accommodation.

The apartment includes:
A master bedroom on the courtyard side with a double bed and electric shutter
A child’s room equipped with a cot and everything needed for toddlers: changing table, storage, etc.

The bathroom has a bathtub ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The toilets are separated for more comfort.

Parquet floor, optimized layout, cozy and functional atmosphere - it is a pleasant place to live as well for a family stay as for a business trip.

Things to do/see nearby:
Montmartre and the famous Sacré-Cœur are within walking distance or a few minutes by metro. Lose yourself in its alleys, stairs and magnificent views of all Paris.
The neighborhood of Batignolles, nearby, is a very nice corner with cafes, designer shops, and a real village spirit. Do not miss the covered market of Batignolles, ideal for fresh and local products.
The Martin Luther King Clichy-Batignolles Park is a beautiful, modern green space perfect for relaxing, playing sports or taking a stroll.

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.

## Transports
Convenient transportation:
The Brochant station (line 13) is a few minutes walk away. It quickly serves the major axes of Paris.
Many buses pass in the district, especially to Saint-Lazare, the Opera or the Grands Boulevards.
The area is well connected, but remains quiet and residential.
From Gare de Lyon: 23 minutes by public transport.
From Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport: 35 minutes by taxi.
